Red Rooster Hot Chicken

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Me and my significant other were excited because this place is way closer to Dave’s by a whole 40 minutes. We wanted to give it a try tonight and it was a total disappointment. We selected “mild” as we are both sensitive to spice. Let’s just say. If you can’t handle siracha I don’t recommend mild. As our faces went absolutely numb and our tastebuds were gone. We couldn’t taste any flavor and the chicken was dry and the season looked half ass. We wasted $30 in chicken to only eat two pieces of tenders as we couldn’t continue eating due to the spice. The service was uncomfortable and uninviting. Safe to say we will rather drive the 45m to Dave’s hot chicken before we come back to red rooster. Place is doom to be unsuccessful. Save yourself the mon

All the food tastes is amazing. Chicken is lightly fried wonderfully, the Rooster sauce is the perfect combo for the fries and BBQ sauce (if you get that addition), the fries have great light seasonig and not over salted, and the slice levels are perfect for any one (from no spice casuals to the Reaper dare devils). And you literally can not beat the prices for how good it tastes! The staff is also very nice and friendly.

Placed an online order for delivery on today. 1 full loaded Mac and cheese 1 half loaded Mac and cheese 2 tenders and extra rooster sauce Food delivery time was early than anticipated however thy did not fulfill the order. Received 3 boxes (the 2 tenders and the full loaded Mac and cheese) Contacted the location to notify them of the missing 1/2 loaded Mac and cheese and they offered me to come pick up which I can not due to we were working. Then had the audacity to offer 20% off next visit and unless I ordered a ton of items I would still be at a loss of money. He said he would reach out to his boss and call me back. Appalled actually. Placed an order out of here tonight (12/09/2025). I ordered a sandwich and tender combo, no coleslaw, and a side of mac and cheese. First and foremost, the customer service was atrocious. I spoke to a young blonde girl over the phone. She was literally having a conversation with someone else while I was trying to place my order. I didn’t think much of it, not a big deal. Then when I got to the restaurant, it was clear she was who I had spoken with on the phone; because she was just as disrespectful in person. Looking for the best chicken sandwitch in town? Look no further! This place is incredible and you cant beat the price, for 15 bucks you can get 2 sandwitches and fries. The food is delicious, Sean the owner is a really nice guy and very gracious. 10/10
