BCON Meals & Cafe

BCON food is incredible. The staff at the cafe are friendly and helpful, and the company really cares about supporting the community around it. They are an awesome option for a meal prep/meal delivery program and since they don't charge for a subscription, I can order whenever I want. The food is always fresh and way better than anything I'm able to make myself.

Easy pickup at the Doylestown YMCA and a generous discount to all members when pre-ordering online is a bonus!! Incredibly fair pricing is another staple to their goodness! I’ve been ordering some of the BCON meals every week or two for my husband and I. This week we ordered the salmon with mashed sweet potato and broccoli and, the tuna with noodles, And the shrimp with vegetables and pasta. The meals are healthy and taste great and it’s really helpful to just have to reheat something, after a busy day. BCON Make it very easy to eat, tasty and healthy. You can order as little or as many as you want. We. pick them up at the Y and Doylestown but they also deliver with the delivery charge or think of $10. You can also buy single meals at the Doylestown café at the Y if you want to try them out. One of the things I’m finding is I have one of the meals at dinner. They tend to be very high protein and I do much less snacking later because I don’t get hungry.

I recently discovered my new favorite place to get healthy meals to go that are fresh, high-protein, designed by a dietitian-designed and so SO delicious. BCON is now set up in the lobby of the Y and they have a huge variety of meals that you can pick up and go (my faves are the salmon teriyaki with a sweet potato mash and seared ahi tuna with green beans, yum!). The owner Alek is such a lovely guy and just yesterday he went above and beyond and gave me some free meals for a friend of mine who is dealing with cancer--such a kind and generous thing to do. He is a stand up human and you can tell he puts so much love into the food and this small biz. If you are looking for an easy lunch or dinner option this is the place to go! BCON is the best (including the people that created it- Alek and Ali!). Wholesome, simple ingredients and nutrition facts that are listed right on the packaging for you to see. Convenience and health at your fingertips. Who doesn’t want or need that nowadays?! I’ve tried a few meal plans out there and I just love the idea that this is local and so fresh and a big plus is no subscriptions. Keep it up!
