Vitality fit kitchen is the best meal prep service! I love how fresh everything is and that they use local ingredients! Being a new mom it’s amazing that they deliver. It’s so nice to be able to go into the fridge and pop a meal into the microwave and know that I’m eating something healthy, filling, and quick! This meal prep service has saved me so much time! The French toast is my favorite breakfast meal! HIGHLY recommend!

Best meal prep service of all time! They use locally sourced ingredients, including local meats, unlike other meal services! The beef is from a local farm in Perkasie. I really love all their meals, I’ve tried almost every one they offer and have been using them since mid spring. My favorites are the burger bowls and the overnight oats (38grams of protein!) All their meals are high protein low calorie perfect for loosing weight and maintaining or growing muscle. They deliver too, and the owners and operators are a super cool young couple who makes everything in house to them be delivered fresh on Monday! These guys are the best around there’s no topping vitality fresh, trust me I’ve checked.

Vitality Fit Kitchen makes eating healthy so easy. Ordering is simple, delivery is always on time, and the meals taste fresh and homemade. It saves me a ton of time during the week, and all I have to do is heat and eat. Highly recommend!

Amazing meals!!! Everything is fresh, healthy and absolutely delicious!! Great communication and very timely. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Some of my favorites are the garlic chicken and cilantro chicken. My husband loves the burger bowl, fajita bowl and honey hot chicken. Honestly they’re all really great though!
