Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The interior design was notably nice and we found the staff to be friendly, which is always appreciated. However, the service execution was where we encountered issues. Despite the friendly demeanor, the service was unfortunately slow and chaotic. Our orders, both drinks and food, were forgotten about. Our table was also approached with the wrong food on several occasions, indicating a significant lack of organization in the delivery process. Red Robin has been a reliable spot for a casual meal. However, the food quality at this specific location was disappointing. While the chain typically offers a great experience, this particular location needs to address its operational efficiency and food preparation standards to meet those expectations.

Excellent service and love the care they take with food allergies. I had a burger with a gluten-free bun (The Mad Love) and it was really great! Also one of the few places where I can get fries! Most places dont have a separate fryer for gluten allergies.

Food wasn’t the problem it was the service I don’t normally complain about food places but my wife and child was with me young waitress showed us not but racism. They were slow but some how it still took for ever for our waitress to greet us and ask if we want something to drink. Nothing for the first 5 or 10 mins 15 mins later we walked out. I’ve never been to Red Robin’s always wanted to go my whole life even as a child. I didn’t even get to order a drink so I’ve still tried Red Robin’s

Great place if you appreciate good quality burgers. This place is located in the Harford Mall with entrances from the exterior and the interior of the mall. The place was clean and spacious. The server was very nice, and the food came pretty quickly. All the food we ordered was very good. I ordered a double burger, which was very good. The prices are pretty competitive for this type of restaurant. The restrooms were also pretty clean.

Food is good. For the price you pay, it's a good deal for sure. There $10 burger, drink and fries deal right now is worth the price for sure. Especially compared to other fast food options at that price(even when you take tip into effect). My daughter loves the endless broccoli and Mac and cheese option in the kids menu. Last time we went we had great service.
