I’ve been here plenty of times but this visit was really disappointing. The portion I got was a fraction of what it normally is. I ordered a box combo with fries instead of coleslaw, but the box had barely any fries and the chicken pieces were tiny, like half the usual size. Honestly feels like I got shorted on this one. You can see it in the photo, both fries were minimal even though it was supposed to be double, and the chicken was way undersized. I’ve been told before they’ll add another tender if it’s underweight, but not this time. Pretty frustrating.

Not what it used to be. For $13 a box combo, you would expect bigger pieces of chicken. I've tried and the size of portions is just too little for the price. Either bigger pieces of chicken or lower the price can't have it both ways. Taste is good, employees are cool.

If you want a bad experience and all the employees including the management on duty making fun of you come to this location i pull in with a positive attitude true drive true order a kids meal since my son love this place. I got nothing but a anything else attitude and a guy thinking his the owner of this location i couldn't get a name since the manager told Angelina. That they unfortunately dont give out the names since its a federal building 😅 so now ill have to reach out to customer relations so they can know what kind of unprofessional and rude employees they got. All i wanted to know was what kind of drink comes with the kids meal and if I could exchange for a fountain drink( guy just kept saying anything else anything else? What your a employee try your best to give out some amazing

We don't eat out often, but my brother-in-law mentioned that Cane's chicken is very good. My daughter and I love Popeyes meal though and we order from them when we get a chance, so we were curious to try Cane's chicken for the first time. The verdict, husband and daughter love the chicken! Compared to Popeyes, the Cane's chicken breading is not so thick, not as oily as Popeye. Cane's chicken is also crunchy when hot althought not as crunchy as Popeye's. The chemical used at Popeyes to make it taste better is stronger than Cane's, so I like Cane's for that--mild. Also, as far as I noticed, the chicken at Cane's don't have skin, so it is not as oily and as fatty as Popeye's. Husband also said he saw the associate cooked the chickens on the spot--it's not like they only warmed it up. H

Okay I rarely eat fast food because fresh always taste better. Not hating I understand some people have no choice when your on the go. This is the second time I had food here. One thing I have to point out is the prices and the quality you get. For the price you should be getting thick breasted tenders. I pretty much had three breading pieces with a hint of chicken. The chicken had no flavor just the crunch of the breading which also has no flavor. The frys soggy no season at all . The sauce is nothing special Ketchup mayo and garlic with some seasoning. It makes since why the sauce there is so popular. It the only thing with flavor in the whole meal. The texas bread is horrible and of course lacked any flavor. Shouldn't have crunch maybe a little butter flavor. I had mine to go because
