Rain Restaurant

Food was amazing, Kira was kind server, and love that the patio is dog friendly! We had the stuffed mushrooms, tuna poke wontons, butternut squash soup, ribeye (mushroom one not the blu cheese), and the seafood ravioli! Took key lime pie to go! Recommend!!

We experienced a fantastic dinner this evening, complete with outstanding service and the wonderful company of our amazing friends! The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We will undoubtedly return to indulge in another superb evening. 🫶❤️

Rain is our "go to" restaurant when we are in or around or passing through Abingdon. The food is amazing. My husband loves the Tuna. The Shaved Beef Stroganoff Fettuccine was scrumptious. Service can be a little slow when they are jam packed. Reservations are helpful.

I am still thinking about this place a week later and wishing that every restaurant could be this good. Our waiter Connor was very good. He made sure we were well taken care of and had a great personality. The food was excellent and very fairly priced. The table ordered several appetizers and they were very good. I had the one of the best chicken parms I have ever had and this isn't an Italian restaurant. Several of us had the steaks and they were done perfectly. We also had the salmon and a linguine dish which was the veggie option. Finally, we had desserts - key lime pie, apple pie, and cheesecake. I only great things to say about Rain. We had a great bike ride and this experience really made it a wonderful day!

This place is amazing! The surf and turf special was one of the best meals I've ever had! My husband enjoyed his shrimp and grits as well. Not to mention the BEST oysters rockefeller to start! Drinks were great, service was amazing, very great dining experience!
