Wow! What a healthy tasty lunch we had from So Flo Retreat. You can definitely tell all the ingredients are fresh and prepared by a professional chef. If you are looking for a meal that you won’t feel guilty about afterwards, go see Josh at So Flo. Try the fresh pressed juice while you’re there.
Being a Florida girl…. This is just like a beach access walk in spot. Definitely brings the south Florida vibe to Abingdon, Virginia. The food is amazing and you will not leave hungry!
I went there earlier for the first time & my man and I had to go back to get a little of everything. 10/10 kudos to you dude. Abingdon needed a healthy take out. We will be regulars
Stopped by Soflo Retreat in Abingdon and ordered the Chicken Sees A Wrap—it was packed with flavor and HUGE! Seriously great portion for the price. Everything tasted fresh and was so satisfying. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and try more!
Excellent food! Very fresh ingredients and tastes great. We got the Mojo pork wrap and chicken teriyaki bowl and would definitely recommend! We'll definitely be back!
