They worked hard to meet requests and alterations to our quote, worked with us when lead times were too high, trying to find an alternative that would work for us. Sara has amazing customer service and highly recommend asking for her when needing assistance. She will go above and beyond what is asked to assist you and make sure you are happy with your purchase. Overall, we highly recommend RM for other food service stores looking for equipment.
