The service was outstanding, we didn’t understand how to get the promotions and they walked us through. Plus you don’t have to pay extra to have guac in your bowl. I completely recommend!

Wanted some delicious lunch that would stick to our stomaches😋. Brown Rice & Chicken bowl with both regular & spicy queso, fajita vegetables, pica, corn & jalapenos...the rest is history💋🍴

Extremely Disappointed - Long-Time Customer Lost I visited 10-12 days ago, but had to write this review because the experience has been bothering me ever since. I've been a regular at this location for years, visiting 5-6 times a month. I always order the same veggie rice bowl with extra chips and sour cream, and have never been charged extra for this. After being away for 8-9 weeks, I was suddenly told I'd have to pay $2.00 each for the chips and sour cream - a $4 extra charge for items I've always received without issue. They also only added two tiny lines of sour cream initially. What made this worse was observing how differently customers were treated. The manager and staff were warm and friendly to some customers, but dismissive and disrespectful toward us despite our polite demeanor.

I’ve been going to this Qdoba for a while and I order the same thing every time. A taco salad with 3 items on the side. My last visit two weeks ago was exactly that..MY LAST VISIT!! The lady who usually cooks waited on me. Time to pay and she charges me $2.00 a piece for the items on the side (black beans, pico and cheese). I’m in there so often the male manager calls me “on the side lady”. The two other workers that have waited on me numerous times just stand there not saying a word and acting like they have no idea what’s happening. The salad was left on the counter and I asked for my money back. Sadly I purchased 3 gift cards for family. It’s unbelievable that these 2 other workers stood there and said nothing about my order. I had worst experience today with my family. Came to experience the food but was left with disappointment. I asked for simple hot Sauce to taste but the employee denied giving even a tiny bit amount of Sauce to taste on the side saying I need to pay $1 for it. Never ever had such arrogant experience any another food chain. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
