10/10 salmon. But even more so, 10/10 vibes that our server Martin brought to the table. He was very efficient and friendly. He also had cool shoes. My brother and I have pretty sensitive and particular allergies. The kitchen and Martin were happy to work with us and shift the food for us a bit. Very grateful. Very satiated. Thanks, Pure Kitchen!
The food at Pure Kitchen was genuinely great—well-prepared, flavorful, and absolutely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. We sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer along with our drinks. The appetizer never arrived before our entrées came out, and we ultimately had to ask for it to be removed from the bill. Once our food was delivered, there was no follow-up from the bartender to check on us, refill drinks, or see how everything was. The lack of attention was noticeable, especially compared to the level of engagement she seemed to have with other guests. I don’t like to speculate, but it felt as though the bartender was selective in who she chose to interact with, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. While I
We were seated quickly and were able to order relatively quickly as well. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and two burgers, one with their gluten free bun. The mozzarella sticks were great; they were crispy and flavorful, but my only gripe was the garnish looking a little silly. The burgers and chips were also good. The gluten free bun lost its integrity after just a couple minutes. We probably should have checked out reviews and menu prices before visiting; we were a bit shocked at the cost of a 2 person lunch with waters and a shared appetizer, and there’s a standard 4% fee added on to every ticket. Good to know that this place has so many GF, vegan, and vegetarian options, just a bit too pricey for our Nebraska blood.
We had an awesome experience at Pure Kitchen! Eve was incredible — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely on point — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. You can tell there’s real pride behind both the service and the kitchen. Definitely one of the best spots in Frisco — we’ll be back for sure! PS best Bloody Mary in town
Gluten Free! Beautiful and tasty food. Stylish ambiance but still great for my kids. Fast service. Friendly.
