Pupatella

Had lunch here with my husband the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our bartender, Hui, was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and gave us excellent drink and food recommendations. Her service really made our experience outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Amazing pizza and great service! I visited this pizza spot on February 12, 2026 around 5 PM, and it was honestly one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had in a long time. The crust was incredible — buttery, perfectly chewy, and unlike anything I’ve had before. You can tell they really care about quality. The service was just as impressive. Our server (a younger Black female — I wish I remembered her name!) was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re in the area and looking for great pizza, I highly recommend stopping by. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a pleasant lunch experience at Pupatella. The ambiance was very cozy, the staff were very friendly, and our server Angela made us feel at home. She recommended the ‘Margherita DOC’ pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The dough and the crust had great texture and taste. We would get it again!

Pupatella Springfield is awesome. A great atmosphere, delicious pizzas and other dishes, and the staff is wonderful and customer service oriented. Especially Caitlyn L! She is knowledgeable of the menu, has a great personality, and made our dining experience a great one. I’m not a fan of white pizzas; however, Caitlyn’s suggestion to try the Buffalo Bianca was a winner. The pizza was delicious. Without Caitlyn’s suggestion we would never have experienced it. Great job Pupatella Springfield and Caitlyn!

I’ve always seen ads of Pupatella so I finally decided to give them a try! We got the appetizer sampler, mushroom truffle and prosciutto fig pizza. The sampler was alright but our pizzas were sooo good. It’s been awhile since we’ve had this style of pizza, so we’ve missed it a lot. Overall a great experience, I’ve been ordering carryout from them since.
