The lady that runs the office is the most foul and rudest person you will ever talk to. Not only that they will lie, yell, and scream at you for THEIR own wrongs. They have no honesty or integrity. It's sad that blanchester lets those kind of people represent them in the BPA.
It's just a big money grab. Surprised how it's even legal
I swear this place is a HUGE SCAM! Electric bill is damn near the same amount as a rent payment smh
Too expensive and hard to pay unless you go in person
Never can get information when experiencing power outages.
