Domino's Pizza

Waited 2 hours for someone to get off they're butt to deliver my food, it was cold and burnt, absolute trainwreck of an operation and the pizza had thumbprints in it, this happened at 7:28pm whoever is on that shift should be fired no exceptions manager and all. Ridiculous how much money it costs to get 5 items off the menu and then you get something like this. Unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. We order a pizza and a hoagie for dinner. At 6:20pm Said it would be done in 28 minutes. Tracker indicated it was in the oven and preparing to be completed. Wife was at the pick up window for 25 minutes this is after the tracker said our order was completed. She said three employees looked at her in the window and ignored that she was present and waiting to be waited on. Needless to say our pizza was colds after an hour and the hoagie was a brick. Blanchester Ohio Dominos needs some management that will take responsibility for the store’s poor performance. I feel sorry for the delivery customer I am lucky enough to live 5 minutes from the store. And still had to wait over an hour for a carry out order. I thought McDonalds drive thru was the wors

Usually a great and understanding team, however my last two times have been a disappointment. No offense to the guys but it's better when the women are there. Also I asked for a carryout order and you just hang the phone up on me

One of your drivers left someone's pizza laying on my front porch for some reason, I don't have pizza delivered ever to my house. Hopefully you didn't screw someone over and charge them for a pizza they didn't get.

My husband was home waiting for the delivery, I pulled in the driveway and saw our pizza laying on the sidewalk in front of our door. Ants were starting to gather around the box. Our phone number is on the ticket, they could have called and said they were here. It's food, not an Amazon package. Totally unprofessional
