This location either needs a new staff or to simply close. Food is always cold, always wrong and usually the order has missing items. It's been this way for too long and they won't fix it or give you a refund for the missing items.

Horrid Service, horrible attitudes from all workers. Tried to get food two hours before closing and they stated “we are closed,” then I used the restroom and they locked the doors while I was in the store that was supposedly open for two more hours… Cop detaining person infront of restaurant, sidetracked all of the workers. This place is already in a sketchy area, definitely do NOT recommend eating or even acknowledging this place. If I could give negative stars I would…

Do the survey. Give the free sandwich and some of your fries to a friend. You will feel good and maybe lose weight. If you drink water you will be able to taste the food. From 475 lbs down to 275 lbs.

Always get my order wrong. Asked for a cheese burger extra pickle. Screen and receipt reflect extra pickle. There is no pickle on my cheese burger the only reason I wanted a cheese burger. This is not the first time my order has been wrong.

Sometimes it's okay Sometimes you get moody teenagers working the counter messing up your orders then throwing things in bags when you ask politely to get the correct item... Go figure good help is obviously hard to find...
