Red Zone Bar and Grill

The food was good except the bun on my burger was dry and cracked. The burger was flavored nicely and the cook was great. The cheese sticks were fantastic. The onion rings were good. The service was friendly but slow. Will definitely go back though.

I was in Blanchester looking for a place to watch the game and get a cold beer! Red Zone Bar and Grill fit the bill. They had my favorite beer on tap, ICE COLD. They also have everything you could ever want on the menu. So, of course, I had to try the burger AND the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. One with fries and one with onion rings! It was all delicious. Im trying the wings next time! The staff was friendly.

What we got: new hours. What we needed: on-site management whenever the restaurant is open. That is not a misprint: this restaurant does not always have a manager on-site and it shows. It shows in the wait times to get waited on in a nearly empty restaurant on a Friday. It shows in the inattention of waitstaff when they deliver barely edible food, or in the cooking staff for making said food. Note: pork should not practically require a mini-chainsaw to cut through. I could go on, but this is a small town restaurant, and I do not expect my review to be impactful. Maybe the alcohol is well priced, but honestly, the five of us are not going to find out. Great 8 oz burger, $8.45 with crinkle cut fries. Good chicken quesadilla. Weekday lunch specials. Not busy weekday lunch. Great service. Brought refills and extra napkins without being asked. Nice interior. TVs. Clean restrooms. $1.99 soft drinks.

Local sports bar, and the only place in Blanchester to enjoy a cold beer and some great appetizers for the game. Plenty of t.v.'s and smiling staff(under their masks of course). Red Zone has a great small town feel, where everyone knows your name.
