Amazing wings! We had both the duck and chicken along with four sauces — tarragon, harissa, buffalo, and bbq — each one was more palatable than the last. Even without the sauces these wings are so good they stand up on their own. Compliments to the chef.
Primal is right!!! Talk about flavor... Can't wait to try again. I appreciate all the detail around the flavor profile and I know the chef/kitchen team uses a lot of local and natural ingredients - true differentiator. What shall I try next?
Freaking delish. Tried both the chicken and duck - both awesome. IMHO though the fried duck wings with the spicy orange sauce were the winners!
