My husband got food poisoning after eating at this location. We ordered a sandwich on 01/18/26 at 5pm. I’m not sure who was working at that time, but this experience was very concerning. I hope the management reviews this incident to ensure food safety!

Today was my first and last visit here. Waited 20 minutes for my food, and I'm so disappointed in everything. The ham and cheese barely had lettuce, and a ton of onions. The roast beef barely had any meat on it. And the Mac and cheese seems pretty freaking old.

This particular Potbelly's has a drive thru. However, we always prefer to go into Potbelly's because the atmosphere is so unique. It's fun with a nostalgic feeling. The employees were very friendly and worked quickly. I absolutely love their sandwiches. I don't know if it's because they are toasted or if it's something else, but they are delicious! Their shakes are great, too. The little cookie on top is perfect! I love that you can find their nutritional information on Potbelly's website. Not all places do that.

Best Italian sandwich! I always have the Classic on white bread with everything except hot peppers. The tomato soup is so delicious, too! I’ve only had one bad experience here. The sandwich tasted absolutely horrible, but this was probably just an isolated incident as all the others have been on point. The sandwich and soup costs $10 and change. I don’t usually like to spend a lot for lunch, but I like to treat myself every once in awhile. I highly recommend!
