Latte Factory

I ordered the same exact drink two days in a row and was given a completely different drink both times. Every other coffee company is able to be consistent with their menu items…. including the other coffee shops in the mall. The staff clearly needs more training.

I tried a salted caramel latte, and it was okay for the price. I expected it to be hot and flavorful, but I didn't get much of that. They served quickly, though.

This was a pleasant surprise. I got the vanilla matcha and my husband got the strawberry energy drink. The matcha was good but I should have gotten the watermelon energy. Already telling my husband I want to get another. The cups are dishwasher safe and if you bring it back you get 10% off. I probably will always forget the cup but if you are a discount person it's a nice gesture.

While the lattes are cheap and convenient I would like to highlight that their matcha 🍵 is pale, not sifted so it's chunky in the bottom of the glass, and just lack luster. Literally ruined my day.
