BIGGBY COFFEE

Today I ordered 2 large frozen lattes using the Biggby app for pickup from the McKinley Location. When I got to the window the barista tried to hand me 2 hot lattes. I explained she had the wrong order. She argued with me pulled my order up and said I was wrong. I explained that I was not and looked at the app. The app suddenly showed “item not found” on my receipt. I asked her to remake them and she refused. I asked for a refund. She said they would refund my card. They did not. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GRACE THIS LOCATION. I will drive to the one in Granger. We drove there and ordered the same thing and got the correct order. We even ordered a 3rd coffee which they got right for our daughter. #Grangerbiggby

I really enjoy the coffee, I would just like to know that the employees get paid better before I come back to spend so much on coffee! I understand it's specialized and comes with syrup flavoring,the upkeep costs, ECT. But I would happier if the employees were paid more. The pressure to dip at a drive thru is also becoming uncomfortable as a customer spending so much on a medium drink once or twice a week already. Thank you.

Great variety of iced and hot beverages. Breakfast sandwiches and pastries are also top notch. Much higher quality product than a certain more well-known coffee chain. I wish they would open locations in Southern California!

My boss and I love the Redbull Creme Freeze all of them . I've even started making my own flavors. The Redbull mocktails are great . The staff is always polite and making sure the order is correct. I put 10 to 20 on how much per person but it is more like 5 to 20 depending on what you get.
