Uber eats, they prepare your food poorly from sandwich placed in bag without aluminum foil , mac and cheese small portion. They leave out condiments such as sauces you pay for you. Here’s another incident where they made my chicken sandwiches and gave me chicken tenders without my knowledge or consent or exchange or substitute. The phone never works to speak to manager or someone to file a complaint. If you order sauces that you pay more he or she substitute it for something else without your knowledge, quality of service is digressing significantly despite apologies and feedback. If you do not have a chicken sandwich issue a refund, do not continue the order or substitute it . Walked in, no one greeted me. Stood there for 5 minutes before anyone turned around. The cook saw me just kept looking, didn't say to the 3 girls you have a customer. 5 people standing around waiting with receipts in hand. The 3 women were putting orders together for the drive thru. They were so unorganized. Ton of chicken sitting under heat lamp. They couldn't put an order together in mins? I received a cold spicy chicken sandwich. No pickles. They couldn't even make that right. So sad. No training. Floor behind counter dirt with spilled stuff on it. Gloves on the floor. No respect for customer, no hello, no Thank you. Sad all the way around.

This place always overcharges I pay different prices for the same stuff and they always failed to give me a receipt now I can’t submit my complaint on the app. I need the rest of my money back ASAP. How they going to charge $9.44 for 2 pieces of chicken whe they literally have a promo going for $9 you ca get 5 pieces. I went there last week and paid $6.12 for the same thing that I got today. Owner/popeyes please reach out to me so I can get my money back.

It is a nice and well maintained Popeye's with ample parking, sufficient handicap allocated spots and a drive through. The staff are friendly, helpful and take pride in the location. It is a great spot to grab a quick bite in the area. They also had the flounder fish sandwich at this location available in spicy. That was a plus in visiting the location.

Horrible Worker!!! I come here after working almost 12 hours and I wanted to get my family something for dinner. My son told me to give him a ride to order something. So I did and once we get to Popeyes the workers already seemed annoyed. I start ordering as we are ordering separately. She tells us to move to the window to show the codes. Which is fine if it wasn’t for the fact that she insisting on us turning around. So I tell that why and she is saying that we can’t do 2 orders and how it’s policy. We have been coming here for over 5 years and this has never been a problem. Once we got the order we thought it was over but when we went home we saw she gave us the same order TWICE.
