Very disappointing. This felt like a complete waste of money and time. The chicken was so extremely dry ,my kid didn’t eat well at all. Taste like chicken skin flavor rock. ordering online shouldn’t mean lower quality. Paying customers deserve better than this. DISAPPOINTED.

Customer service horrible. They guy at the drive thru should wear his hair back . They gave me this frozen drinks they taste disgusting. Don't know why ppl work in place they dont want and no body is holding you there . And the. I asked for NO PICKLES . It's more important for the to argue instead of making sure we as customers "buyers" dont give you shit .

My drive-thru experience was okay overall (11/6/2025 at 12:48pm). After pulling up to pay for my order, I was asked to park and wait, which I didn’t mind — but no one explained why. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no update, I ended up walking inside to get my food myself. There didn’t seem to be much sense of urgency from the team, and I never received a simple apology for the long wait. It almost felt like they were waiting for me to come in and check on the order. To be fair, I understand that sometimes items run out and need to be cooked fresh or restocked — things happen. The service in this place is by far the worst Popeyes I stopped at. I work down the street so I’ve been here about 5 times everytime they give me a problem. My go to are the ghost pepper wings. This place never has them fresh I even ended up getting sick the last time I decided to go back because I’m starving after a long day of work and asked if they can make them fresh i don’t mind waiting. He was very rude and told me they were fresh the same thing they said every other time.I simply pulled off. That was my fault for thinking they would get there customer service skills correct over night and actually stop selling food that’s been sitting out ALL DAY LITERALLY! Soda machine was broken and wasn't cooling or producing ice, it still dispensed soda it was just warm and flat. The mens rooms toilet was overflowing with feces, and a woman remarked their toilet doesn't flush at all. Food on the floors and tables weren't wiped down. Food was average, but not the best I've had from the brand. Zero stars, won't be coming back.
