Blend Healthy Spot

I tried this spot for the first time two weeks ago and have already been back several times since—I’m hooked! The shakes are amazing, and the protein cookies are truly the best I’ve ever had. Not only is the food delicious and macro-friendly, but the owners are also kind, personable, and professional. The welcoming atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable, and I’m already looking forward to my next shake and cookie!

This is my second five star review of the month. If you know anything about my reviews, you know that I’m pretty strict with how I review my food choices. Was going by this place at 6:30 AM and greeted with a very kind and happy person.The manager or owner was super friendly with me, explained everything to me and even gave me a few toppings on the house because it was my first time. I got an açai bowl that knocked my socks off. It was full of great granola and seeds and peanut butter. I couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. And top it all off. They had great strong coffee. I’m super happy with the experience I had at blend healthy spot. I will definitely highly recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a great healthy alternative for breakfast.

This was my first time stopping into Blend Healthy Spot in Southington, and I was greeted with amazing customer service right away! I ordered an açaí bowl and it was so fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The ingredients tasted super high-quality, and everything was put together beautifully. The whole vibe is welcoming and makes you want to come back. I definitely recommend Blend if you’re looking for something healthy and tasty!

Located in Southington, CT, right off the highway. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners Carlos and his lovely wife Melissa. They have a comfy waiting area where you can sit and play a game of tic tac toe as you wait for your treat. They also have an area where you can sit and enjoy your treat also. I ended up getting a fruit bowl that consists of blueberry, strawberry, kiwi, granola, going berries, toasted coconuts, hemp seeds, and Nutella It was delicious. The bowl was also bigger than I was used to, which was a huge plus. The store is conveniently located by I-84, Stop n Shop, gas station, restaurants, and more. There is ample parking, either in front of the store or next door. It's handicap accessible as there is one level. Overall, it was a great experience and will go back in

Stopped by to get an açaí bowl for my son and had a great experience. Owners were really friendly and courteous. We felt very welcomed. Acai bowl portion was big and the quality was great. We can’t wait to stop by again. Highly recommend Blend.
