Nataz Southington

Upon walking into the restaurant the atmosphere and staff were welcoming. We were seated at the Opera style table in the middle of the restaurant. The lights were very bright it hurt my eyes and immediately took away from the dining experience. We were greeted by a lovely team of servers. Kaheem was our main server and he was such a delight; hands down one of the best severs we ever had. We live in Southington but haven’t been to this restaurant yet, so my husband chose Nataz for his birthday dinner. We started with Calamari, but before our order arrived we were complimentary treated to a birthday meatball appetizer. The flavor was great but the quality of the meat wasn’t the best. So tonight my husband and I got all dressed up for what I thought was a charity event… and yeah… wrong date. Since we were already ready to go, we figured we might as well try somewhere NEW in Southington, we have so many great restaurants to choose from... Well, we ended up at Nataz Restaurant Southington Not disappointed. At all. The drinks were so good (I’ll post a picture because mine was almost too pretty to touch), and the food was just really, really good. Fresh, full of flavor, and you can taste the care and talent behind it. Definitely try the wedge salad and the Braising Pot You'll thank me later, go hungry because the portions are generous! The whole staff — manager, chef, and our server Sarah — were awesome. Just genuinely good people who clearly care about what they’re doing.

Outstanding. Everything. An amazing birthday dinner. Waitress, bar tender, chef -- all spent time chatting with us. So rare today! This meal Han no weak links. Hands down, the best restaurant in southington. We'll be going back soon!

Our party of 3 was there to celebrate my birthday. I wanted a good steak and we were blown away by how good the food was. Our reservation was for 5:30p because a snow storm was rolling in. Chuck, the manager, served us having let his staff go home because we were the only ones there. He was warm and friendly and spent time talking to us and explaining the menu. All of us ordered the 4 course pre fixe dinner. The grazing board with bread was very nice. Goat cheese, honey butter, olives. Interesting cocktails and delicious salads. The signature salad with poached apples was a favorite. The sides were all well paired with the steaks and we took desert to go since we were so stuffed. Nataz is an absolute gem and the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. We went for a birthday dinner and could not have picked a better spot. From start to finish, everything was phenomenal. The salmon was cooked to perfection,tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The meatloaf was not your mother’s meatloaf in the best possible way !! Juicy, and topped with a delicious peppered gravy that took it to another level. The portions were enormous, so come hungry! The crabcakes were perfectly cooked with a golden, crispy crust and packed with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their cooking. The drink menu was amazing, with great options for every taste, and the desserts were the perfect ending to an already outstanding meal. Amazing food,
