Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was not great. Chicken was room temp and my red beans and rice were not right. The red beans with the pastey sauce were not the usual. The sauce was watery and the beans seemed independent of the sauce. To be fair though, it was like 15 minutes before closing. The staff were busy trying to button things up for the night, so not very attentive to the customer. There was a homeless woman seated in the dining area. Had several bags with her. Not necessarily disturbing anyone, but you could tell she had been there a while and that's just not a great look.

The food is great the staff was amazing Everything was expeditiously fast the cook back there making that food with love

Based on the drive through experience the food says the same. If training reflects management then do a complete overhaul of the establishment. You can barely hear them in the drive through it's a reflection of the training and individuals. In this economy what's the worst detail is the care and concern of who's putting money in your company. I could hear nothing but screaming in the kitchen. Do better Quincy Florida.

Popeye's chicken is always good, some good deals, it's clean on the inside and adequate service, don't go there a lot but the times I have went they've done a good job 👍🏾

4/1/25 1200 stop reheating that chicken we know the difference 😡 if I wasn’t on my lunch break I will bring it back the second time yall done this let me me find another re heated piece gonna take pictures send it to corporate.. shame on the management… check your food before you leave
