My first time at a Bed and Breakfast, and Beck made us feel very comfortable. Stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a fritada, sweet potatoes, sausage and fruit. She had a good selection of teas and brewed fresh coffee. The house was full, so 8 of us shared our meal together and it was great to meet new people over a yummy breakfast. Quaint historic district and a beautiful home--just 10mins aways from Havana which is full of antique stores and 30mins from Tallahassee. Would definitely be back if I was in the area.
Stayed here with girlfriends over the weekend. The host is lovely and so helpful and attentive to whatever you need. The breakfast we had was delicious and served in a beautiful room. Bec, the host shares neat info about the house and the area and things to do. The house has a lovely garden where you can enjoy snacks and beverages. It's easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, or events like Porchfest. Highly recommend it as a place to stay if you're in the area.
Millhouse Inn is a lovely bed and breakfast that we will absolutely stay at again. We stayed in the Hunt room and found it incredibly clean, spacious, cozy, and relaxing. The owner/innkeeper was lovely and inviting. She accommodated my boyfriends food allergy and the breakfast was a beautiful spread. The Inn is smack in the center of historic Quincy, so you will be able to walk to some yummy food as well.
Here's a polished version of your recommendation: --- What a pleasure! We were on a long 12-hour drive and stopped for the night at this wonderful B&B. It’s a beautifully preserved historic place in immaculate condition. The room was spacious, the shower was great, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Much, much better than a hotel room! And to top it off, the hostess was wonderful—warm, welcoming, and made our stay even more special.
Historic home with expected quirks of a B&B. Becks is a great innkeeper, very informative and helpful. Great breakfast! Good location within the historic district, easy walking to sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if passing through Quincy.
