A little disorganized and very little patience. They had quite a few employees working but didn't seem to have a good system. We waited quite some time for a very simple order. The food was decent tho. Would probably pick a different spot to stop next time.

Quick drive thru experience. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Only negative: they were out of medium and large size drink cups.

My ordered online and they didn’t have the product and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order. The staff didn’t try to help and was Beyond ruled. The light skinned young lady the braids

The whole night rude and lazy. Holding up drive thru having conversations with people that didnt order anything. Left food off my order and had an attitude when I asked where the rest of my food ? Horrible service

While the food is generally consistent, I implore you to double check your order before pulling away from the drive-thu window. I ordered dark meat and ended up with breasts. Wow. Better yet, just tell them the specific piece you want (e.g., leg, thigh, wing). It would be nigh impossible to mess that up. Sheesh. 😐
