Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So I hardly ever leave bad reviews but the only reason I even gave them a 2nd star was because the guy was incredibly nice. So, I went through the drive-thru tonight and was told to pull forward and there I sat for at least 30 minutes. Mind you, all I got was a fish sandwich, Mac n cheese and a surf n turf basket. When they finally brought me the food, half of it was missing, so I had to park and go inside. I immediately saw my other bag of food in the back. I finally had all of my food, it was cold, but I thought I'd just throw it in the air fryer at this point. When I got home I was SO upset. There was one tiny scoop of Mac n cheese, it took up maybe a fourth of the little container and the chicken tenders in my son's surf n turf box were inedible. All of them were tiny, shriveled, and v

There were only two people working. They were hard working the whole time we were there. The wait wasn't but a minute. Great communication while we waited. Tiffany & Josh not only worked great as a team, they were great at customer service.

Best chicken tenders in town by far. Same with the shrimp. Always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. I love my Popeyes Louisiana kitchen in Ellijay Georgia ❤️

It was so refreshing to go into a restaurant where there were smiling faces. All the employees was happy and very helpful. My food was hot. The restaurant was clean and I really really enjoyed eating there today. All the other restaurants and all the other towns everybody is so unhappy and so rude. The food is horrible and usually cold they always get it wrong, but your Popeyes in Ellijay all the people were so friendly and happy and they seem to enjoy their job. Thank you for employing great people. Please let them know they did a really good job today and I look forward to coming back to your store. We live in JASPER and we used to have a Popeyes for a very short time but it was nice to find a place that Makes you feel welcome. Your team is great thank you so much.

Everything about my experience was just mediocre. The food was just not great. The original chicken sandwich was good. Crispy, but very greasy. The shrimp basket was tiny and not much taste. The biscuits were fair, but again, small. The sweet tea was bitter.
