In need of delicious food and a bartender with the driest wit? Look no further than this little gem. Walk-in couple for dinner on a cold February night. We were met with warm hospitality by the hosts, cold drinks and hot food. Can't get any better than that...hold on! You can be sat at the bar with K.Leigh and share former theatre kid stories and cut up on Robin Williams stand-up and agree that the Florida West Coast is preferred to the East Side. Food and Service A++. Alison commented that the burger was easily a Top 5 all-time. My Brussels, Beet Salad And Lobster Hush Puppies dinner was perfectly random and I will order again and again. Thanks to the great team and our favorite Stage Manager/Lead Actor, K.Leigh!

Excellent service by Lizzie! We had the Airline chicken, which was amazing. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also had the New York strip, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. The veal Demi glaze on the steak was sooooo good! We also had the ciabatta bread with the Parmesan, & herb oil and fried Brussels for appetizers. Both were excellent. Five stars all the way & very reasonably priced

Reservations recommended for a reason. It is a popular spot and the food is amazing. We had the Brussel Sprouts for an appetizer. Fried but not greasy. The bitter sprout pairs well with a balsamic glaze and crisp bacon bits. This is not your mom’s boiled Brussels. These are WAY better. I had the filet and corn risotto. Steak was melt in your mouth perfectly cooked, no seasoning or butters were needed to enhance anything about this. I’m a fan of corn and the corn risotto was on point. Not too sweet but just enough to pair well with my steak. My husband had the NY strip and upon first glance he said it looked like a lot of disappointment (steaks he has had in the past). It was ANYTHING but disappointing, he ate every bite with a smile and moan. The asparagus had a salty seasoning that

We stopped on the way back home after a day of hiking the Appalachian Trail and associated routes. The food was amazing, and the staff was superb! We sat at the bar, and the bartender was super busy taking care of drinks for the entire restaurant, keeping organized and on top of not only drink service, but also food orders from the bar. Everything was spot on...quality ingredients prepared perfectly, and plated beautifully. My Panko Pan Seared trout was delicious, and my friend said her Duroc Pork Chop was the best pork chop she ever had! We have already marked Butcher and Bottle as our must-do stop every time we hike!

We had dinner here for the last evening of our vacation and this was certainly the place for a date night. Very cool ambiance, great service and excellent food. Would highly recommend as a date night or special occasion place. A bit pricey but less than other major cities for a date night eatery. Will absolutely eat here again. I removed one star from atmosphere because it was such a popular place, it was actually noisy for my style (desired an intimate dinner for two).
