The staff was very friendly and immediately greeted me when I walked into the restaurant. They had very good communication between their team and got my order together fast and it was all fresh. I was recommended the blackened ranch with the fried pickles and I'd say a solid 10/10 pairing.

Deserves ZERO stars!!! This location is the ABSOLUTE Worst in the area. Came here almost a year ago and said NEVER again but was on my way home from work stuck in horrible traffic & didn’t feel like going to sun city which is by far a way better location with great service, so I decided to give them another try. Maybe the first time was an off day. Ummm yea NO! I Pulled up to drivethru & was told after 5 minutes of just sitting there to come inside because it was shift change so drivethru was closed. Here’s Strike #1. I should’ve known to pull off then! Went inside and waited for the male cashier to finish flirting with the prior customer and take my order. It was at least 5-6 employees inside so not sure why they were telling everyone drivethru was closed. No one appeared to be changing

Revised review, went through drive up window, and had a code for 10 PC chicken meal. Chicken was like beef jerky, macaroni, and cheese had a 1/4 of an inch of grease on top. Coleslaw was only half full.I thought the price quoted seemed high. Had to pull forward to wait for my chicken. Then, I asked for my receipt to see if they honored the discount. Sat for 5 minutes, no receipt. Ok, tried again. Why do I do this to myself. Once again, half filled containers. I could have paid for a small mac and cheese and would have received more than what was in a large order.This is in Ellenton, Fl.

Waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes with no response and cars lining up behind me. Decided to park and go inside to order, only then was I told there not doing the drive thru right now because it's too busy. The wait inside was a while because of people waiting on mobile orders, I only went for the surf and turf box (the big shrimp and tenders) and when I got home I saw that I was given popcorn shrimp! I was so disappointed and wouldn't of spent my money on the popcorn shrimp if I would of known they didn't give me the larger shrimp. The gravy is one of favorites but was so watered down it had zero taste and color.

I waited an hour, no exaggeration, for my order I placed online. First they said I had to come in I told them on my app it says to come through the drive through so they told me to park in a spot and they'd bring it out I watched many people come and go and I was still waiting so after 50 minutes I went through the drive thru again to remind them I'm still waiting and about 10 minutes later we FINALLY got our food, never went back.
