Wow. Been a while since I've experienced such a poorly trained team on basic customer service. First, let me say that Daniel in the drive through was EXCELLENT. Repeated our order, got it correct, not too much ice in the drink. High five. However, the quality of the food we recurve was so low that I walked back in 4 minutes later to request a refund. I was (eventually) greeted by an employee, once she stopped leaning on the counter & got off her phone. She went to find someone who could help me, & proceeded to lean on the condiments rack & promptly got back to TikTok. The cashier who came out to help me took the receipt from me & began a conversation in Spanish with someone in the kitchen, turns out her manager. Keep Driving and wait for Buc-ees. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to get 2 cold chicken wraps. Not room temperature, refrigerated cold. The wait didn’t make sense since I was the only person waiting (no one inside either ). Once I received my food it quickly made sense. After I went back inside to notify them of the issue, it was clear. Poor service and poor food = no customers. Based on the staffs reaction, (whom said the lettuce was making the food cold) I left the food on the counter, and cut my loses. I paid $12 for the lesson. Keep driving folks, Buc-ees is a few minutes away. If you do decide to stop at this particular establishment, bring a book and don’t come hungry or you will pay for the same lesson.

We were stopping for fuel and decided to get a little snack. 2-piece (breast and thigh), and fried pickles. The breast was tiny...like literally half the size of the thigh and the pickles tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. My wife walked back in and asked for a full refund. Corporate ought to pull these people's franchise agreement.

Do yourself a favor & skip this one. The staff was friendly & helpful, the bathrooms were clean-ish, but the food...not so great. I asked for a breast & a thigh, but got a breast & a smaller breast. Both incredibly d.r.y. The pieces tasted like they had been deep fried 2 or 3 times! I usually like Popeyes, but not this one.

Usually love this place and staff are usually friendly. Not this time. Prices are high "tenders" that are mo re like cut off pieces of a tender. The drinks were all syrup no carbonation, the sides were half filled. For the price we payed it was seriously lacking!!!
