Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

I just wanted to say I absolutely love Popeye's. I recently moved to Andalusia, AL and was thrilled to learn there is a location close to my new home. The food there is just as tasty as ever, but what really makes that location great is the wonderful lady who works there named Briana. She has excellent customer service skills, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in her work. People may just think, "oh it's fast food, nobody really cares about the service" but I've had better experiences there than at high star restaurants. Briana is what makes that experience. Give her a raise please.

My wife loves wings and has come to expect a consistent standard from Popeyes. However, the wings we ordered from the Andalusia location today were extremely disappointing — old at best, and quite possibly the worst we’ve ever had.

Food is great. Went there Friday night at 8:45 pm the sign for the lobby says closes at 10 pm there was 1 hr and 15 minutes left until the lobby closed and was turned away by the employees saying that they were closed. If this was the case then the sign needs to be changed if not the employees need a refresher on when the store closes and a refresher on how to do there job. unprofessional and lazy was all that was and it needs to be addressed asap

Very disappointing. The app shows that the lobby is open till 10 and the door shows that they’re open till 10 with the drive-through open until 11. I arrived at 9:30 on the dot. The lobby was locked and the young man inside was very pleasant but informed me that they closed the lobby at nine and when I pointed out the sign on the door he said I’m sorry. I don’t know why they Did not change it. I said that that’s okay I’ll just go through the drive-through so I got back in my car went into the drive-through told the lady what I wanted to order which was a 12 piece family meal with. She proceeded to tell me it would take 25 to 30 minutes and asked me if I mind waiting. I told her no that’s okay. I don’t wanna wait and she Said with an attitude what you don’t wanna wait and I was like absolu

They are so nice! The cashier as well as other staff were friendly & instantly greeting. The cashier helped us find the best deal. It was clean. The food came out promptly. The food was wonderful & fresh!
