It is hard to find a really good Pizza Hut sometimes. Well not in Urbana Ohio it isn't. John and his crew do an absolutely amazing job. All the food prepared by them is delicious. From the boneless wings to the pizza. Love this place.
STOPPED IN WHILE TRAVELING WITH THE FAMILY, STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. FOOD CAME OUT HOT, PLENTY OF TOPPINGS OF GREAT FLAVOR. INSIDE WAS WELL KEPT AND VERY CLEAN
Typically we love our pizza from here. But tonight, we had multiple hairs in at least 1 of our pizzas(I stopped eating the 2nd pizza because....ew) I did call to report the issue. The woman was very apologetic. She offered to remake the pizza, but we no longer wanted pizza because of the hairs. 2 black hairs(pictured) and 2 white hairs(not pictured)
I have always loved the pizza here. It is the best tasting pizza hut pizza around. To me. They are also so great with customer service. Today my pizza order went through incorrect online. I did not know until I left with it. I then called and they made me a new one right away. When I spoke with the manager he told me, even if it's someone who ordered online and it comes through wrong, he would treat the person the same way he would want to be treated if he made the mistake. Really great service, food and character.
Not sure who the manager is but every single person that works at this restaurant is as professional as could be. Guy could teach a masters class on how to get a team to buy in! I love this place
