Pizza Hut

Fun trip to this classic Pizza Hut. Very quiet for a Saturday lunch. Still disappointed that Pizza Hut pan pizza isn’t the same as the 80’s. The decor was spot on from our childhood. They even had a book it sign. We did miss the juke box. Overall fun road trip to Hillsboro Ohio to take a step back to our childhood.

Sad that Pizza Hut has fallen off so much in the past couple years or so. Came in at around noon and oddly enough I was the only person in the restaurant. And there seemed to only be 2-4 workers working. Besides that, my server was super nice and helpful! And the food has definitely fallen off in the past few years, but it was still solid pizza nonetheless.

Food was done perfectly. Our server, I believe her name was Alice, was super friendly and fun. Place was spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend.

To me, Pizza Hut pizza is only good if you eat it inside the restaurant. In fact, I will not get Pizza Hut if it is carry out. I have tried it many times to take it out. I don't know what it is, but it seems like as soon as it passes outside the doors, the good flavor disappears. I am so glad that there are still actual Pizza Hut restaurants that you can sit in and be served and enjoy the food. The building does not seem to be well maintained, which is sad. The buffet area is gone, which is also sad, but I understand. Eating in at a Pizza Hut is a special experience for me. I hope that this one will stay around.

We came for the nostalgia and were not disappointed. It was only missing a jukebox and arcade game. I ordered a personal pan pizza and asked for it to come in the cast iron pan. Just like old times!
