Pizza Hut

So I didn’t even eat there today I stopped in to get a gift certificate for someone else. The delivery driver was outside in his following apart Ford so I thought I would ask him if they have gift certificates for wasting my time going in there. So I don’t know you’ll have to ask the manager just a delivery driver. I feel like that’s something that you should learn in training is that Pizza Hut has gift certificates so I went inside to find out if you have gift certificates, I told her what the delivery driver said, and if she would’ve crack, a smile on her face probably would’ve broke. She said well he’s new. She look like she hates her job altogether. I most likely will not be back there they all seem angry and don’t wanna help out anymore then they have to.

This is a very small Pizza Hut. You order your food from a counter. You get your own drinks, silverware, plates and napkins. They call for you to come back up to get your pizza. The pizza was delicious. I forgot to give him my phone number, so I missed out on getting my points. They should ask if the customer is using the app for points.

Always friendly. If they mess up they will make it right. We prefer this pizza place in town over all the others.

So I just HAVE to update my last review. I was disappointed at bare spots on my pizza. Well, not only did THEY reach out TO ME, they then gave me a credit to use. I used it today and received a beautiful and delicious perfect pizza. They went above and beyond to make it right! Pizza hut is amazing now not only for their delicious pizza but their customer service, I am so grateful and happy 😊 Most businesses just move on and don't care, but Pizza hut made me feel valued and important as a customer, I will be a pizza hut lover for life with food and customer service like this! The store is always so clean and the manager is so nice and the food is very tasty
