Burger King

Stopped in for a quick lunch today. So much chaos going on behind the counter, as trying to accommodate the drive thru (that was backed up). The staff had no idea who was doing what. The Mgr on site was less than pleasant and should not of been dealing with paying customers. This restaurant needs some major training of its employees in all aspects.

Food was unsafe to even eat. Temp was not at the temperature it should've been to even serve even though we ordered online and my son had to pull up and wait. Beef was 67 degrees. Chicken for wraps was only 70 degrees. Hottest thing was the freshly made mozzarella cheese sticks and those were hot. Onion rings were not even done all the way. We called to get a refund but was told they could remake or give a credit but no refund. We were not driving back to town and she hung up before she took my name. We won't be back. I'm good safety certified and that food should've never been served to anyone with those temperatures. We threw it all away. Won't go back because that's how people get sick from food illnesses. Refused a refund and that's what made us mad we didn't want more food an

I walked in and noticed immediately how out of sync the staff is with each other. No one had a clue what order the others were working on. I waited a long time for my food, and the place wasn't busy. And then to top it all off, the burger was cold and after a couple bites, it was tossed out of the window to the wild animals traveling down the highway. The fries had been sitting for quite a spell, which was obvious from their hardened texture and tough chewing. On a positive note, they all got along with each other. There wasn't any screaming or foul aura in the place. I would suggest a few classes for the manager to help her better understand how important time management skills and strategy are... I'm not saying i won't be back..

I stopped at the Hartford City location burger king and was fortunate enough to have a women by the name of Sherry in the drive thru, take our order. Extremely pleasant, polite and cheerful. She took extra care to make sure I had a great order, the proper change and any extras or condiments I may have needed. She was a breath of fresh air in the food and service industry. Great Job Sherry. Way to set a great example for everyone!!!

Had one of the Coke machines with multiple selections but almost all the options were out. Not good business IMO. Fries were old and not hot.
