I dined in there recently, and the food quality was terrible. The service was friendly and attentive, but the value for the meal I had was so bad I may never return. Very disappointing.
Ordered a dozen medium bone-in wings tonight, 12/26/23. What did I get when I got my food home? Fried chicken tenders in bbq sauce AND there are only 10. I'm attaching a picture. I tried to call to speak with someone but they didn't pick up. This isn't the first bad experience we've had with this store. I don't blame the workers too much. Pizza Hut can't keep people. I just want my $20 back. This is ridiculous.
I came in today for a dine in for cheesy bread and a melt and soda. The food looked and tasted absolutely amazing!! The customer service was wonderful and the place was neat and clean! Prices were very good for what i ordered. Extremely happy definitely will be coming back!!! Thank You
Well it took over an hour when it said to be 20-30 because DoorDash took and had multiple other deliveries that they had to go to different stores to get it you guys will be shutting down when the 250 stores close you will be one of them
Never going to this pizza hut again! I've never had such a disgusting encounter with restaurant food. There was mold on the marinara sauce. Also the manager sounded really annoyed with me wanting my money back. If I could leave a zero star, I would.
