Culver’s

I asked for a gluten free bun for my burger due to an allergy. To my surprise, I open my burger (which normally comes in this box) to find the cheese stuck to the box, lettuce under the burger.. Culver’s, let’s ask ourselves one simple question. How would one be able to put this on their bun? With cheese melted to the box? Cmon on $17 for my meal and this is pathetic. Johnson Creek is superior to this location and would go out of my way to avoid this place. $15 at JC with great food, and $17 here for garbage. Didn’t get my mayo, no utensils to put my burger together. Asked for fries extra crispy and got barely cooked fries. Avoid this place at all cost.

I've eaten at this Culver's location since I was a kid. It used to be very well kept with great staff. Went back today after not eating there for quite a few years and now it's absolutely shameful. Every single table in the entire place was filthy. The floors were just as bad with food and trash laying all around. The interior entry doors were missing which made it pretty cold in there as well. Ordered salads which only came with a spoon. Asked the kid that brought them to the table if we could please get forks at which time he informed us that they were out of forks. Look I get it that sometimes shit happens, but forks? We ended up just asking them for a togo bag instead of dining in and left. With the condition the dining area was in makes me heavily question how sanitary the rest of it

Had outstanding service! The staff was friendly and fast! The food came out super quick and everything tasted and looked delicious!! The ducks are so cute!!! I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I had the best culvers experience yet here!! I also had a surprise cheese curd in my fries! Winning!

These people are slow. They have got to figure out a more efficient system. Even on really slow days my order take about 30-45 minutes and on busy days it takes any where from 45-1.25 hours. So if you either door dash or go into the store just make sure you have time on your hands to wait!

Pros: My friend and I weren't starving. The new crunchy chicken was decent, a tad over cooked. They did remember no ice and no lettuce. Cons: As you can see in the picture, the fish sandwich has shrunk again. Now, the fish is 1/3 as large as the bun. It's definitely not worth the money.
