Dunkin'

It starts and ends with the employees. They are dirty and unkempt. So guess what the store is??? This location is DIRTY!!! I mean D I R T Y. The floors are always a disgusting mess to the point your feet stick to the flooring. The carpet they do have down doesn’t look clean and is constantly bunched up waiting for someone to fall. The trash is almost always overflowing outside and the countertop is dirty and sticky. No matter what time of day we show up after mid morning, the donuts are hard. How can an establishment not provide the product that’s in their name? I know, it’s wild to not have a fresh donut at noon. 8/10 times the orders are completely wrong and there is NO quality control or consistency on the products coming out of that place. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I went in the evening to have donuts the next morning. Placed the order in the app. I got to the place and they did not have ANY donuts available and they wouldnt get any prepared (seriously how can you refuse to serve one of your core menu items.) I was offered no reasonable substitution, they couldnt cancel the order, and I couldnt get a refund. Ive called 3 separate times over 4 days to talk to a manager. Not a single time was one there. Im giving up getting my money back, keep the $10. I will NEVER go to this dunkin donuts again. Service there is incompetent.

The drive thru line was busy, but the team was doing a good job to keep the cars moving. I got my regular of black iced tea with blueberry and raspberries- so yum!

Just visited this store within the last hour. Got the old-fashioned plain cake donuts. Done! Not again, ever again! I don’t know if it’s the DD recipe for these donuts, but I don’t like them. I got eight. I got home, ate1.5 and I’m throwing the rest away. When it comes to plain cake buttermilk doughnuts, I will take KWIK TRIP’S any day!!

The bacon egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast item along with the loaded hashbrowns and the frozen chocolate. They are delicious! It's always a nice treat for us when we are in the area. Very friendly employees as well.
