Pizza Brothers-Scotch Plains

We always ordered via Grub Hub and the drivers occasionally don't have the pizza level and the cheese runs but it still tasted great. The cheese, sauce, crust, everything is delicious! Perfect! My family felt the same way! We've the ordered a Stromboli with extra cheese, sausage, and onions and an order of mozzarella sticks. The Stromboli was big enough for two meals, and unlike many pizza restaurants, the ends were filled with cheese, etc., instead of just crust. The mozzarella sticks were fat and cheesy, and the side of sauce was delicious, not too sweet or salty, and perfectly spiced. We also loved the broccoli bites. Nice and cheesy wrapped in dough. Pizza Bros in Scotch Plains has become our "go too" pizza place! Kudos to Pizza Brothers!

I ordered a large Veggie pizza and garlic knots on Uber Eats yesterday. The food tasted fresh and really good. The garlic knots came with marinara sauce and had great flavor. I used the utensils section to request plates, but I didn’t receive any, that was the only letdown.

Ordered at 5PM. Delivery person 1: didn’t ring the bell and 2: left the food outside the door in 25 degree weather. Discovered my food at 6:45 PM. It’s an extremely close drive. I could’ve drove to Brooklyn, picked up L&B Spumoni Gardens, drove back to New Jersey, and my food would’ve come quicker than this. Horrific service.

The best pizza I’ve ever eaten! 😋 We visited family in South Plainfield, NJ last month, and as always, we couldn’t wait to order their pizza. Every year it’s the same — absolutely delicious and never a disappointment!

The pizza is great! Crispy crust with fresh ingredients and was piping hot. Just the way we like it. It is our go to stop!
