Scotch Plains Public Library

Nice cute little library, I love visiting it. People are very nice and helpful! You can place holds online , use computer facility here, they have old cds too to rent, there is a parking space in front of the library , you can find a quite places on the sides with outlets to connect your phone or laptop . You can renew books online only once.

Some of the employees at the circulation desk visually show their displeasure when I check out books that have a different political view than theirs.

The Children Staff are natural great with kids! What a wonderful charismatic story time reading they provide. Ms.Amy has natural warm, friendly, mom vibe that makes my daughter likes going to library for story times and especially for Ms. Amy.

I've never visted this library - I live 10,000 miles away actually but I recieved one of your former books resold by better world books: a first edition hardcover of The Silver Linings Playbook by Matthew Quick. It's a very special novel to me. thanks for your staff's foresight to purchase a debut novel by a no name guy whose film adaptation wouldn't be released for 4 years: clearly you saw something that I saw too. i'll take good care of it.

This library is great! Staff are mostly friendly and the kids area is perfec . My kids always ask to come for story time on Saturday or just to sit and read in the sunken floor. Also the zoo and museum passes are a big plus for a family like us with 4 childre . we are always looking for things to do!
