Pinguino's Gelato

It was so difficult choosing which flavors to get after taste testing so many delicious options! The seasonal Christmas flavors were to die for! I ended up choosing the Sea Salt Smoked Caramel, Belgium Chocolate (so rich and decadent), and the Orange Cranberry Marscapone! I have not had gelato this good since returning from my trip to Italy 2 years ago! I wish there was a Pinguinos in Salt Lake.

We are catering our son’s wedding with Pinguino’s Gelato and came in for a tasting. We are so excited because every flavor we tried was delicious. Garrett helped us out and we had such a fun experience trying each flavor. He taught us how some of the flavors were made. It is so authentic. Thanks Garrett for helping us.

We tried these gelatos yesterday at the Italian festival in the Gateway. The raspberry sorbet was perfect for the event; it was smooth, refreshing and with the right amount of tangy. Dark chocolate was another hit. But that pistachio one was for sure a 10 across the board! I didn't expect to like it as much as I did but it was truly great. The staff was very kind and they were managing the line very well. Would definitely buy it again.

Delicious gelato and waffle cones. All made on site. Beautiful space.. That is a wall of chocolate in the background. Service was amazing.. Felix was especially helpful.

Absolutely loved this gelato place! It’s clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the flavors are genuinely impressive. My personal favorites were chocolate hazelnut, pistachio, and honeycomb – all rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The texture was smooth, the portions were generous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. A great spot to cool down, treat yourself, and enjoy a sweet moment. Highly recommend if you’re craving something truly nice, yum, and indulgent.
