Customer Reviews
I came with a group of four, and the pork lechon special we had was our tables favorite, though every dish — the gyofun fries, the fried chicken, the futsu squash, the chili crisp noodles — was beautifully plated and full of complex, balanced flavor. The butter mochi was a highlight, as well. They have a great selection of beer and wine, as well as a variety of n/an options. I didn’t have a chance to look closely, but the options they had for sale in their bottle shop area looked great. The atmosphere is casual but cozy, even with such a large open space, and the service was professional and quick. This was my first time visiting Pidgin but I’ll for sure be going back soon!
One of the best new restaurants I've tried in Seattle this year. We tried four dishes and all of them were a 10/10 flavor! The salmon appetizer blew my mind, the mac salad was so different, the charred cabbage melted in our mouths, and the ramen special for the night was so flavorful and fresh. The service was amazing and friendly, and the vibe was so fun.
This place has the best ramen I’ve ever eaten. House made noodles, seasonal veggies, jammy egg, oh my! These folks are passionate about their ingredients. The location has plenty parking and great views of working fishing boats. Lunch service is easy and casual. I can’t wait to come back and try the whole menu
Some of the best food I’ve had in a while!Everything is beautifully executed and thoughtfully sourced. I had the animal ramen which has the most flavorful broth I’ve ever tasted. The kimchi, mac salad, and popcorn were also SO flavored packed and delicious. House soda is also a MUST. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
Wha a fantastic setup, menu and space they’ve got going here, wow. Staff absolutely rule, the food rips and the selection is diverse. Including a ton of NA drink options both on the menu and in the cooler!! The smash burger was unique compared to others in the city, and I’m a fan. The furikake fries were perfectly seasoned, and that house ranch?! Shiiiiieeeeeetttttttt. Don’t sleep on Pidgin Cooperative 🤙🏼
