Pho Saigon Garden

I chose to have dinner at Pho Saigon while travelling to Seattle because of the great reviews, and I’m glad I did. The vermicelli was superb, full of flavor and fresh. The shrimp rolls were also excellent. During dinner, Paul, one of the owners, came by to say hello… you could tell he cares about giving guests a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant and will definitely come back the next time I’m in Seattle.

We came here for the first time today and everyone in our group really enjoyed their pho. The broth was rich and full of flavor. The service was very friendly and attentive, and they made sure we were happy with our food. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We came here for dinner before my flight. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, even though it was our first time. He was also nice to everyone who walked through the door which said a lot. He told us he's been in business for almost 22 years and there's a good reason why. Our pho was delicious and so was our banh mi sandwich. We will come here from.now on before flights..only 14min away.

I've been there twice now, first time had their house special pho. This time we had the fresh spring rolls ( going cuon) and the oxtail and ribs pho. We went there around 5p, not busy. Served house tea right away, it wasn't too hot so can drink right away, and really good, tasted like chrysanthemum. The fresh spring rolls were really good, not too chewy, good size. The oxtail and beef ribs pho was pretty good size, meat was really tender, good flavor, clear broth and had strong flavor, which I take like. Some places the flavor is light, but not this place. It wasn't the best pho i ever had, but it was really good. The owner was really nice, he was working by himself when we were there, but was efficient. Nice local place, will come back.

I came to Seattle for the Seventeen concert and randomly stopped by this pho place on my way to the airport—didn’t check any reviews beforehand, just walked in. And WOW, I was genuinely blown away! It was so delicious! I’ve always felt that pho is a dish that’s hard to mess up, but also very hard to make exceptional—and this place truly nailed it. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, way beyond my expectations for a random pick. I ordered the #6 Special Mixed, and I highly recommend it. To all fellow Carats visiting Seattle, you must come try this place!
