We had a wonderful meal at this spot in Olney. I ordered the beef meatball soup (large) along with rolls, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. My wife had the chicken white meat soup and spring rolls, and she really enjoyed her dishes as well. The restaurant is neat and clean, with top-notch customer service. Even the restroom was spotless and well-kept, which you don’t always find in restaurants. Overall, a great experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Moving my reviews over from Yelp. I don't live anywhere near the area and haven't been back. Originally published 2/15/19: This is a slightly better than decent suburban strip mall Vietnamese place. I ordered average stuff: vegetable & shrimp summer rolls and a steak bahn mi sandwich. Order at the counter, find a table and your food will find you. Notes on the food... Summer rolls: Well wrapped and didn't fall apart Served with a peanut dipping sauce Everything was fresh but not exactly flavorful Bahn mi: Crispy French bread Bountiful cilantro Crisp lightly pickled vegetable slaw Nice grill flavor on the beef Non-traditional sauce It may sound a bit odd but one of my favorite things about the experience is that they only add jalapeños on request. I've had those little bastards snuck

Convenient location. Close to many shops. Great service, Friendly and efficient. Food came out pretty fast. Tofu summer rolls - yum Regular spring roll and Vegetables spring rolls are not bad, also are not the best. Pho broth- definitely needs some serious modifications, it was tasteless, not flavorful at all, especially comparing to other authentic Vietnamese pho restaurants, the pho is not very good. Despite they do come with decent amount of meats, which was great. Thai tea and bubble drinks- pretty good. Clean interior. Easy parking. Price- it is on the pricey side for a Vietnamese restaurant.

So grateful to my mate, Andy, for bringing me here. I love the Thai ice tea, the pho, and spicy lemongrass beef soup here. The tea, if you order it without pearls and preferably less sugar, isn’t too sweet. Plus, it has such a pretty hue before and after you shake the contents of it. Not to mention that it comes with adorable face coverings. Ah, if only the cups were made of more sturdy materials. Then, they’d make perfect souvenir cups. As for the pho and soup, the broths in them are very light and flavorful. Plus, they come with a nice assortment of vegetables, which as an Asian American I can appreciate. So yeah, if you’re looking for some good, light and refreshing Vietnamese food in Olney, then please give Pho and Grill Olney a shot. It’s worth the trip, trust me. P.S. Bring cash.

The food was not good. Decent service and clean restaurant but extremely disappointed by the food. I ordered the Beef sandwich and my guest ordered the Eye round, meatball pho. The Sandwich was just plain bad. There were more carrots than there was beef, almost as if I ordered a carrot sandwich. The sauce on the sandwich did not taste good but the worse part was the beef. The beef by itself was flavored poorly and the quality of the meat was bad. The bread was excellent but the sandwich as a whole was bad. My guest did not like her Pho. The proteins were chewy, there was a lack of noodles and the flavor of the broth was not appetizing. At first I thought it was just me who didn’t like the food but once my guest told me she also didn’t like it, I knew I wasn’t crazy. This could all be pers
