My wife and I had a lovely time here. We went during the Valentines weekend. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Even through the dinner rush the manager Jason went to every table to make sure everyone was having a nice time and went out of his way to make sure everyone felt welcome. On top of the great atmosphere the food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

We went here for Valentine's Day! It was great! My boyfriend got the Spaghetti Al Nero Di Seppia which was amazing! I got the Bianca e Tartufo (pizza) which was also amazing. We got the burrata for the appetizer and it was really good too! Their home made Espresso Martini was amazing. I recommend this Martini for you 21 and up folks! It was my birthday week too so they gave us a birthday canoli (delicious) with a birthday card! This was a great last minute find. I definitely plan on going there again and taking more of the family!

Decided to try a new restaurant for my birthday. My husband is Italian so we opted for Italian food. Things I loved for my visit: 1. Reservations were booked. We were seated immediately. 2. We were asked if we were celebrating anything and if this was our first visit. Free champagne was sent to us. 3. Service was not an issue during our visit. Things I’m still trying to process: 1. Our bill was over $200 after tip and it was just me and my husband. So let me tell you right now, everything except the water is À la carte. We ordered two cocktails my Sangria was so bitter which is a first, I asked the waiter to bring me simple syrup. It didn’t dawn on her that here I was trying to fix my $15 drink which didn’t taste good. She eventually said “Does it taste better now?” When she should hav

Salt & Vine in Olney is quickly becoming one of my go to restaurants. I have been there about five times so far, and with each visit the food and service have been consistently outstanding. The restaurant is set inside a converted house, which gives it a warm and intimate feel without being overly formal. There is a bar and lounge area that makes waiting comfortable, and the overall atmosphere balances relaxed and refined. On our most recent visit with friends we ordered a 16 ounce ribeye special that is not typically on the menu. It was cooked to absolute perfection. I am demanding when it comes to food because I cook at a high level at home, especially when it comes to meat. Aidan was a great waiter, he was very personable, respectful, and on point in all aspects. He was very attentive and caring, while also very informative and professional. The food was amazing as well as the recommendations. Came for my Birthday dinner and I’ll definitely be here again. 10/10.
