Playa Bowls

Best bowls, smoothies, and staff around! I go to Playa Bowls every day I’m in Olney. Which is like 5 days a week since that’s where I work. Highly recommend! My go-tos are the Kowabunga smoothie with Almond Butter added and Power Acai bowls. Also they have cool stickers.

I love the power acai bowl its amazing amazing their sweet cream cold brew is the perfect drink to get my busy day started in the morning! I come here at least 3 times a week. MUST TRY!!!!

Reached out twice to Playa per their below instructions without any response. Further disappointed! Google states this store closes at 8pm. Walked in at 7:10 and was told they close at 7pm. Disappointed. On the bright side, I’ll put my $14 dollars to better use elsewhere.

I stumbled in here looking for a great healthy snack after missing lunch. What a pleasant surprise after navigating the menu board. Delicious, fresh, and good for you. Service is outstanding. Everything is made right there in front of you with a smile. They even give a public safety and military discount.

My new favorite place to go. I grew up in a tropical climate so always leaned towards tropical fruit intake. (Understood how it provided energy and lightness) Got introduced to açaí berry several years ago and since then got completely hooked. Playa Bowls makes a great bowl - 8th Ave, which i personally like as it takes you to this food journey. When you dip your spoon and grab the spoonfuls- the transformation in the mouth happens. You have to be literally “present” to chew the Granola and immerse yourself in the moment. That’s how goodness unfolds. Very satisfying.
