Great pretzels just like I remembered when I was a kid growing up in Philadelphia at Catholic School, the woman who runs the register is very grouchy all the time and they charge a dollar for a squirt of mustard which is absolutely thievery. And who are they taking from the same people that's keeping them in business? Come on guys. Give us a squirt of mustard. It's not going to kill you. It's a very cheap product

I went in the day before to order the hot dog and pretzel bite platter for the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, at the pre determined time, they weren't ready. 20 minutes later, I got my tray. The older women offered me another dip, but another dip doesn't help me show up on time to my function. For me the worse part, was I prepaid and actually gave a 10% tip. I guess i should have taken the extra dip.

Just picked up a big Rivets order - after our EZ Cater order didn't go through for some reason, the entire staff, from cashiers to management made sure we knew they would take care of us! From free pretzels while we waited (those hit the spot!!) to constantly ensuring us that they would take care of us, these guys really killed it! On Christmas Eve of all days, we truly appreciate your kindness and love! Can't wait to come back for the next family party!!

This was my first time in this establishment, I purchased the “crowd pleaser” Which is described as 25 pretzels. However, when I went to go pick it up, not only was the staff not interested in even saying hello but the 25 pretzels were all together, and not separated, making it hard to pull at the party where there was indeed a crowd. Nobody wants to touch someone else’s pretzels, but that’s what happened because they didn’t take the extra step to separate the pretzels into 25 of them. I got five long strings of pretzel. My recommendation for the store is to put on a customer service face and Practice being friendly and also if an Item is listed as crowdpleaser, maybe you should separate out the pretzels like it describes on the listing.

I had an amazing experience at the Philly Pretzel Factory thanks to one of their outstanding employees. (I believe her name is Delilah) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive to my order. She made sure everything was perfect and even went the extra mile to ensure my pretzels were fresh and delicious. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing their top-notch service for yourself. Five stars all the way!
