Phantom Tacos

I love local. I really do so I’ll leave this review basic The birria ramen was hot, had a deep beef flavor, lots of grease and a developed beef flavor. The quesadilla was cooked well and the salsa was spicy, the beans and rice tasted like beans and rice.

The food was absolutely delicious!!! We're sadly only up here for 4 days but we will definitely be retuning before we leave!! Very delicious food for an amazing price $12 sounds like alot for ramen but the portion you get could easily be $20-$25 anywhere else!!! The taste of the ramen and just the juices from the broth mixed with the Cilantro and onions is simple but so well executed!!! The tacos were also cooked perfectly the Tortillas you can tell were made in house and not store bought!!

Wow! Authentic Mexican flavors. Everything we tried was delicious! We got the Phantom Fries, the Ramen Birria, and the 3 Quesabirrias. All were cooked to perfection, hot and delicious. The tortillas were hand-made and much better than normal tortillas. The ramen was delicious, great noodles, and great meat. All this food was ready within about 15 minutes. The location is convenient, right off Miracle Strip Pkwy, close to the ocean. Great experience here!

Full flavor Birria burritos made with hand made tortillas. Finally, a place that makes real authentic Mexican food. I got there early and got to see the lady make everything from scratch. She was also super nice to talk to. I highly recommend Phantom Tacos

I had to break one of my own rules. When you go to a taco joint, you get tacos. That is not what I did. I had birria ramen. The temperature of the ramen was like lava. Which was double edged sword. Yes, you want hot food but it was so hot that it continued to cook the ramen. I could tell the texture had change about half way through. The next time I have it I will pour it out into a wide bowl. The dish could have benefited from a hard boiled egg or a taco to dip in the left over broth. Reguardless I will be eating it again. One of the best fusion dishes I have ever had.
