Alex Snodgrass and his team from Mary Esther done an excellent job with the new 3 door freezer unit we purchased from him. Fast delivery and install very courteous and professional. If you need any commercial refrigeration products Alex is your go to. This is the 3rd unit we have purchased form Kesco. We are very happy with our units. Can't say enough about them.

They offered to order a part for me never once told me I'd have to pay the freight. They did tell if it didn't fit they would just put it on the shelf to sell. So I would ask if you have to pay the freight before you order it!

I’ve always had nothing but good experiences here. I’m a home cook who loves to browse through the store and I always find something I want. The staff have always been helpful and friendly to me, and I love being to able to get things here that I can’t get at any regular retail store and can actually see and touch them as opposed to ordering online. Things like hotel pans, cocktail shaker tins and pour spouts, and a giant cutting board big enough for full packer briskets off the smoker are a just few of the things I’ve bought here.

Very professional company and team. Zach Young has been outstanding in helping us navigate the complicated process of installing a new hood, but the whole team is "sharp as a tack" (popular phrase these days :) ). Order, delivery, assistance during and after installation, the whole nine yards was covered. The guys that installed the hood were also recommended by them, a very good choice (Mac's Sheet Metal).
