Such a wonderful experience! Great food and great date night idea!! Love love love and will absolutely be coming back and recommending!! Compliments to all the staff for creating such a lovely atmosphere!

Delicious oysters and good salad. The cocktail was a bit over the top, I ordered a tequila leechee drink and it came out pink - not sure why? But the staff was friendly and we loved the special, veal bolognese with house made fettuccine. They even got us in last minute, I just called a few minutes ahead.

We went on a day trip from Central Connecticut and our dinner there was one of the highlights! The food and environment were tremendous as well as the service. We made a reservation and arrived 10 minutes early, but we're promptly seated. I highly recommend this restaurant!

All I can say is excellent. The food was perfect. The service was perfect. The ambiance was great. Had the Ahi Tuna Tartare and Arancini for 1st course. Arancinin was crispy outside and firm but moist inside. The Tuna was perfect, with pickled cucumber and wasabi. For dinner had the New York Strip medium rare with Broccoli Rabe (like collard greens) and Truffle Mashed Potatoes. The steak had a delicious blue cheese crumble and was moist and tender. Also had the Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken with fried palenta and zucchini ribbons. The chicken was tender, juicy and the palenta was amazing. For desert had the Creme Brulee which was crispy topped suger decadence and creamy firm inside. For drinks had the Espresso Martini and Orchard Old Fashioned (no cherry), both the best we have had. I I loved all my meals! The seafood at Peter Havens was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My partner tried the pasta, which wasn’t his favorite, but honestly, if you’re dining here, go for the seafood. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
